Well... we're 62 days in and the front of the house still hasn't been painted and the back yard across the street isn't seeded.  The house has been great inside and no issues. From the street it looks great too but it would be nice to have the holes filed, trim painted, and yard finished...

We planted sod in the front yard because I didn't want to deal with a patchy lot.  Our neighbors yards are starting to look OK but it's a lot of work and I'd rather have the front be done.

We also added the railings on the porch.
