The Sewickley Model is very new and on their website they didn't have the Cottage Elevation. Our Sales staff copied this from the plans for me to show to my wife and she was sold! It's similar to the Oakmont but is sized better for what we were looking for. I did a quick color scheme below but ran out of patience because I'd have to fill each shingle, they would be darker too. Color will be Spanish Olive with Castle Rock brick.
The interior selections I'm choosing not to give away in detail but I'll picture them later on.
