Insulation is in

Our insulation is in and everything looks really good, we have the pre-drywall meeting tomorrow morning.  All the basement sills were spray foamed, walls insulated, windows sealed with foam, and the attic has the ridge vents put in place for the R-38 in the ceiling. I was talking to our PM and the blower door test for air leakage have been between 2.5-3% it seems and that's within new standards for much lower costs for heating/cooling.  I don't expect a "green" house but it's going to be at least 3x better than our last house and it's much smaller. Here is the living room, we added 6 can lights.  Next is the dining room where we added both cans and 3 pendants.
