Lot layout / Exterior brick

In case you wondered, this is the lot layout and our short and long term plans.  The basketball court will be somewhat smaller and the tan area is the deck we plan to do.  The court will be done soon after we close (weather permitting) and hopefully I can negotiate a deal with the asphalt guy doing the driveway and have him do the court at the same time (it will be after closing because of the weather).  Long term we may add a "sport court" material but will wait till the kids are out of their driveway chalk days.  Lastly, we did not do a morning room or extension because we wanted to maximize the back area and we just felt they were not needed, the house is 2200 square feet and for us that is perfect.  Living room is the exact same as our rental and we didn't feel we wanted or needed 4 feet of extra room.  We came from a house with 3300 square feet and another 1000 in storage and just filled it with "junk" and it was a pain. Our community has EVERYTHING we could want within walking distance including an awesome gym.  I added the plan below from 2007 with our new community photoshopped over top.  The next section will be different too but the roads are the same.

Front of house currently, they are doing the brick today.  Fortunately temp has been above 40 degrees the last two days and Monday/Tuesday are the same.  Funny how ours looks much smaller but really it's about 5 feet.  I think we'll like the results though...

Our brick color is "Castle Rock".  This picture it looks more red but I think that's because the sun is hiding the gray highlights.  Siding will be a light green olive.
