So things are moving along pretty quickly now. They have the base paint up (don't worry, this isn't our color!) and there is a whole lot of trim and flooring in the house. The PMs have been very responsive and we've continued to be happy along the way. One thing we didn't get that we thought was discussed was the backsplash deleted from our countertops but it's not that big of a deal as we plan to replace them with Corian in the next few years (or sooner if Sarah has her way).
We also have a pile of furniture at our house and our new couches and bed are arriving in the next couple weeks. Soon the garage will not be able to be parked in at our rental because of all the furniture. I'm heading to London for work for a few days but when back we should have the bathroom floors and walls done and the exterior should be sided. Right now there is a stack of "Spanish Olive" sitting on our back lot and it will be great to see the exterior nearly done, minus the sidewalk and porch that needs to be poured when temperature permits.
