We had our pre-drywall meeting today and it went well. I had some concerns about 2 issues and they were addressed. This biggest one was the second floor plumbing that is in a part of the house that juts out. They had already pro-actively moved the sink connections further in and now they're "in" the house by a few inches. The toilets we couldn't do as much so instead they decided to put rigid foam on the edges and then encase the whole thing in 9 inches of foam. I think that should work well since they will be against the warm side anyways and have 9 inches of foam with zero air allowed near them.
We also got our close date of March 29th. Not too bad, about 2 weeks back but because of the weather I'm really am not complaining.
